The days are shorter and the nights are cooler. The leaves are turning yellow and red, brown and orange, giving a colorful salute to summer.
Fall is awesome!
Children love to see different shapes of leaves and learn about colors.
Fall is a fantastic season that brings with it so many fun activities – pumpkin picking and carving, walking in the falling leaves, finding chestnuts and warming drinks when you get home!
Students can go nature hunting with their class and bring in a small collection for crafting.
Collecting leaves with our students not only opens their eyes to the beauty of the creation which unfolds each year through fall, but it is also a great learning tool that can teach them about their environment.
So enjoy the fall while it is here and take advantage of the all-too-brief window of opportunity to create memories that will last a lifetime.
Have a happy fall!
